Maladaptive: Nash couldn't teach or keep a relationship with his wife because he was so consumed with his delusions. He couldn't adjust into the world even after getting medicine.
Disturbing: John dug in his arm and under his skin to get the "bug" out that the Russian spies implanted in him.
Unjustifiable: He attacked his wife while she was holding the baby talking on the phone to the police because he thought that one of his delusions had a gun and was going to shoot her but his wife couldn't see his "friend" so it looked like he was just going after her.
